What types of loans does Linmar Capital service?

We service all government-guaranteed loans sold into the secondary market.

Will our bank retain contact with the customers?

Yes, Linmar Capital will deal directly with the lending institution. We will make no contact with the borrower.

Will payments have to be sent to Linmar Capital?

No. Linmar Capital will provide the proper reports to the lending institution. The lending institution will remit to the holder along with their check.

Are there additional costs to our bank for this service?

No. The fee for this service is taken from the servicing fee the lender already deducts when the loan is sold into the secondary market. There is no additional expense to your bank.

What reports are available to our bank?

While Linmar Capital provides "on-demand" written reports on the current status of each loan, a Linmar Capital representative will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with your bank. Please call us with any question. We will be glad to give you an answer.
