A.I.D. Loans

AID (Agency for International Development) loans are 100% guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government. The full faith and credit guarantee is only for investors that are U.S. entities. Loans can have a rate coupon of fixed or variable and normally have maturities ranging from nine to thirty years. Ownership is evidenced by individual documentation.
